Business Solutions Specialist
(Sales Development Representative)

We are on the hunt for a remote, relationship-building, appointment-booking rockstar to fill the role of Business Solutions Specialist on our growing team.

Reporting to and working closely with the Sales Manager, the Business Solutions Specialist is responsible for outreach to current and future members of our audience, initiating relationships, and encouraging them to schedule a follow up call with a Business Solutions Advisor.  

The ideal candidate is a confident, hard worker, who can guide prospects through their concerns and questions, and be comfortable digging into a prospect’s true, potentially personal concerns, fears, and resistance. Make no mistake, this is a sales development role, and as such comes with high-performance expectations, compensation based on a minimum 30 hours per week, plus performance-based compensation, along with industry-leading training to ensure you’re always getting better. 

Don’t even apply unless you are an overachiever and can prove it. Come build an empire within this fine, progressive company. This client is in the business consulting  industry, but we don’t hire backgrounds. We hire top producers. If you’re average, you can earn $50K with us. If you are a superstar, you can earn $100K plus. Young or old, if you have the stuff, we’ll know.

  • Education or experience in Business and/or Entrepreneurship would be an asset;

  • Proven track record in pro-active outreach & business development roles;

  • Ability to use Video Conferencing program (ex: Google Meet) to attend, record, and save client calls; and

  • Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other Cloud Computing skills. 

  • Pipedrive or other CRM experience

  • High level of Communication Skills – verbal, nonverbal, listening, and written;

  • High level of Emotional Intelligence – ability to recognize a person’s emotional state based on verbal and nonverbal cues, empathize with the person in the moment, and execute powerful leadership skills to guide the person to a decision;

  • Excellent Time Management – prioritizing tasks based on importance, staying focused, and effectively completing tasks within a tight schedule;

  • Strong Work Ethic – in particular with showing integrity, discipline, and self-motivation;

  • Strong Leadership Skills; and

  • Adaptability.

Business Solutions Advisor (Sales Superstar)  Remote – North America

We are on the hunt for a remote, relationship-building Rockstar to fill the role of Business Solutions Advisor on our growing team.

Reporting to and working closely with the Sales Manager, the Business Solutions Advisor is responsible for initiating, managing, and fostering relationships with our prospective clients. Our primary goal is to ensure we are helping the right people. Once qualification is established, it is our responsibility to do everything in our power to show and guide them to taking advantage of the opportunity that could change their life and/or business.

The ideal candidate is a confident leader who can guide prospects through their concerns and questions, and be comfortable digging into a prospect’s true, potentially personal concerns, fears, and resistance. Make no mistake, this is a sales role, and as such comes with high-performance expectations, an attractive uncapped commission-based compensation plan, and industry-leading training to ensure you’re always getting better.

Virtual Customer Service Professional 

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to support our Executive team.  

This is a long term role for someone interested in growing with us for a long time!  This is a part-time position with flexible hours with the potential to increase hours and responsibilities.   This is a virtual position.  However, we desire a candidate within the same time zone as the Executive team.  This position is based in the Pacific time zone.

  • Serve as first impression for Work The System, with “high touch” experience working with others (clients, partners, internal team)

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service orientation toward current and potential customers

  • Bring exceptional email management experience

  • Organize calendars for the Executives

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and events

  • Be able to handle sensitive organizational and/or personal matters for each Executive

  • Possess highly developed skills in written and verbal communication

  • Be interested and comfortable learning multiple computer technologies

Business Systems Manager

Responsible for leading process improvement strategies and projects, driving best practices related to Working Procedures (WP’s) and Business Process Review (BPR). This position is responsible for delivering significant operational improvement and financial benefits to the company, positively impacting business efficiency, quality, profitability, competitive position and customer satisfaction. Responsible for oversight of procedural updates ensuring compliance adherence.

  • Ensures WP’s are valuable, categorized and current

  • Prioritizes WP’s, working on the most important first 

  • Measures WPs for effectiveness, and tweaks them for better performance

  • Identifies gaps in the WP’s process

  • Identifies WP’s process system improvements. Uses errors, gaps and omissions as red flags to improve WPs. WP’s are improved constantly and instantly

  • Regularly reviews WP’s use patterns to identify the need for new WP’s, required updates, etc.

  • Establishes trust and comfortable day-to-day communications with department heads. Closely coordinates with department head to ensure processes are being followed and WP’s are being captured, maintained, and used 

  • Prioritizes WP work across the organization. Understands cross-departmental effect of WP creation and modification

  • Accountable to the WP Process creator/owner

  • Leverages WPs for departmental training and cross-training

  • Reviews overarching and cross departmental processes and adjusts them for simplicity and efficacy

  • 5 years of work experience

  • Management Experience Required 

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Exceptional passion for and experience with writing documentation for variety of audiences

  • Highly collaborative ethic and experience of working in global teams/organizations

  • Proven record of engagement

  • Understands the true value of knowledge to a Service-based organization

  • Outstanding communication skills. Good listener. Ability to focus

  • Highly literate: solid command of the English language, verbal and written

  • Proven track record of successful delivery of projects
