Procedure Writing Done-For-You!

During the program you have access to the WTS Procedure Writing Team. Every image, video, screen capture, or audio recording you or your team produce can be documented into a procedure for you. All of the heavy lifting that you have been putting off in your business can finally get done! Questions We’ve Received

Q: What will the 17 Recorded Transformational Training sessions be like?

Training sessions range from 45 to 60 minutes and were recorded in front of a live group of business owners. Each session includes tools, examples, and templates to help integrate the learning into your business. You’ll also have “homework” assigned each session to hold you accountable to making consistent progress.

Q: What will the 8 private one-on-one implementation sessions with my coach be like?

You’ll work directly with an expert consultant (cBSP) who best fits with your style of learning and business industry. The 1.5 hour implementation sessions will be scheduled at your convenience and recorded. Your cBSP will use these sessions to provide actionable advice and direct implementation of the material into your business. These sessions are also designed to hold you accountable and to make sure you’re doing the work needed to ensure your own transformation. Most of our clients choose to space out the sessions to 2x per month. There are 8 total sessions.

Q: How does the procedure writing team write down procedures for me?

Our WTS Team of expert procedure writers will take any of your video, audio, or screen recorded content and package it for you into a formatted written procedure within 7 days. 10 hours of procedure writing is included in the program.

Q: Is there email and/or phone support available during the program?

Yes, there is unlimited email and phone support available.

Q: When will I start to see improvements?

Of course this varies, but most of our clients see initial improvements in efficiency and profits within the first 30 days. Ultimately, you’re putting your business on a new scalable trajectory that will enable it to grow in sales and profit, as well as reduce your efforts month-over-month and year-over-year.
